A partnership package or “retainer” from Refresh is an agreement for a certain amount of work over a predetermined length of time. This agreement usually lasts between 6 and 12 months, during which time the company you choose to work with will act as your in-house video production team. They will create all of your video content, ensuring that it’s effective, consistent and in line with your key messaging.

Build A Following - Just as we all wait for the latest episode of our favourite box set or soap, regular content will engage with your regular viewers & leave them eagerly anticipating the next instalment & its proven that video content is much more likely to be shared than text. Having a library of content is also going to help when people come searching for answers on the internet. You become the expert in that field and the one to build trust with an audience.
Spread the cost - Retainers allow you to budget over a course of a year, spreading out the outlay and its value grows with the frequency of shoots requested.
Free up your time - Once a plan is in place you can leave the rest to the experts. We can film, edit & deliver content in a set time allowing you to focus on the day to day running of your business. You will of course get to view each new piece of content & once happy you can get back to the important stuff whilst your videos continue to work away in the background, building your audience, promoting your brand & bringing in enquiries.

We have partnered with CIS Roof & Exterior Cleaning for the last two years providing them with regular, consistent content, not only documenting both their commercial & residential projects they undertake on a daily basis, but also recruitment films, induction and company values films, company biography films, faq films, meet the team films, films that have showcased some of their own partnerships, photography, vertical video and there are some more exciting projects in the pipeline.
Working with a company on a frequent basis allows both parties to understand how they other one works, build relationships with staff & give Refresh an understanding of their business. The process is near enough automatic and the staff have long been at ease with the filming process.
We only have a limited number of Partnership Packages spaces available as we want to keep spaces open for businesses who don't require such a level of commitment
